Key roles and responsibilities:
- Servicing and assisting customers timeously within SLA via electronic and telephonic communication
- Ensuring required availability to action incoming telephonic requests as per the business hours
- Ensure a one-time resolution on all client requests
- Ensure that clients are kept up to date on the entire claims journey from claim intimation to claim paid
- Applying TCF principles across all engagements with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all FAIS fit and proper requirements
- Ensuing that advice is given within the ambit and framework of the regulations
- Maintaining a 95% QA rate on all engagements
- Assisting with any ad-hoc business requirements as-and-when necessary, including, but not limited to refunds, credits, cancellations, sms’s, emails and reporting
Minimum requirements
Qualifications, experience, and competencies required:
- Registered Representative (RE5)
- Matric
- 120 FAIS credits
- Insurance Industry knowledge and background (Short-Term Personal Lines)
- Negotiation Skills
- Conflict management and resolution
- Ability to communicate actively and effectively
