Nampak Customer Sales Representative Vacancies – Closing Date of Recruitment 21 September 2022

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Accurate processing of customer sales orders, quotations and credit notes on JDE
• Recording of all daily transactions to ensure customers are contacted afterwards
• Ensure collectability of all sales orders raised
• Obtaining freight quotations for customers and accurately reflecting the charges on customer invoices
• Invoicing of rentals as per standing rental contracts
• Constant and consistent liaison with customers
• Ability to handle irate customers
• Have good communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Ensure on time deliveries to all customers (OTIF)
• Ensure Back Orders are fulfilled upon receipt of stock
• Ensure that all sales orders are processed with the relevant purchase order
• Be able to process export orders and sound knowledge of foreign currency and the GTS system
• Filing and general office administration

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Gr.12.
• A Diploma/Certificate in Sales or Customer Relations will be advantageous
• Atleast 3 years experience in a similar role
• Be computer literate, MS Office.
• Have logical approach to problem solving
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent report writing skills
• Confident and mature in conflict management and problem solving.
• Have sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, analytical and team player.
